Rural Speech & Language Services

Jen Beeler, M.Sc., SLP – Owner & Speech-Language Pathologist
My name is Jen Beeler, and I am the owner and Speech-Language Pathologist at Rural Speech & Language Services in Watrous, Saskatchewan. I grew up in Watrous and attended school in this community before pursuing my post-secondary education.
I completed a Bachelor of Education at the University of Regina, followed by a Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Minot State University. After graduating, I spent 12 years working in schools, supporting children with speech, language, and literacy needs.
Through this experience, I saw the growing need for accessible speech and language services in rural communities. This led me to start Rural Speech & Language Services, where I am passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based support to help children build strong communication and literacy skills.
My experience includes working with children who need support with speech sound development, early language development, motor planning, developmental delays, social communication skills, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), and literacy skills including reading, writing, and spelling.
I am a Hanen Certified Speech-Language Pathologist and am listed on the Autism Service Providers Registry in Saskatchewan.
